1. Transfer of equity shares to Investor Education and Protection Fund as per IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 : Pursuant to Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 (the Rules) (as amended by Ministry of Corporate Affairs from time to time) read with Section 124(6) of Companies Act, 2013, all shares in respect of which dividend has remained unpaid or unclaimed for seven consecutive years or more shall be transferred by the Company in the name of Investor Education and Protection Fund.
Any person whose dividend or shares has been transferred to IEPF can claim the subject shares and unclaimed dividend after complying the procedure specified in the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016.
